Role: Tricentis Application Suite AdministratorLocation: Hyderabad, India - OnsiteEmployment type: Full-TimeExperience required: 3 to 15 yearsJob Description:Experience on Tricentis, Tosca, Integrations, Server components, workspace administration, repository management, CI/CD tools.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent with 4-10 years of experience in the below competencies is requiredManging & Governing Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize QA practices and ensure compliance within regulated pharma environments.Good understanding on the Tricentis applications architecture and have strong hands-on experience in tools administration like qTest, Tosca & Vera.Define and execute enterprise testing strategy, governance, and automation using Tricentis tools (Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad, Vera).Drive end-to-end test automation and performance testing, including Tosca test case design, execution, and optimization.Manage qTest test management activities — test planning, execution tracking, reporting, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.Good understanding of GxP, CSV/CSA, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards, driving continuous improvement through KPIs and dashboards.Hands-on experience with Tosca DI, Agentic AI, SeaLights, and LiveCompare for advanced automation and analytics.Experience in handling Tricentis application upgrades & regression testing.Required Knowledge and Experience:Knowledge of Jira, ALM, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.Certification in Tricentis Tosca or qTest is a plus.Previous experience in a regulated industry, such as MedTech.Tricentis Administrators Skills:Tricentis Tosca administration and configurationUser roles and permissions management (across Tosca, qTest, Vera)Platform setup and maintenance (installation, upgrades, troubleshooting)Integration with test management tools (Jira, ALM, CI/CD systems)Automation workflow management and supportLicense administration and complianceMonitoring platform performance and usageTechnical support and issue resolutionDocumentation and user training for teamsStrong understanding of STLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
