Position: Front Office Executive / Receptionist

Full-time | 1–3 Years Experience

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-organized, and service-oriented Front Office Executive to manage front-desk operations and create a welcoming experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will handle reception tasks, communication, administrative support, and guest coordination in a professional hospitality-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
  • Handle front desk operations including phone calls, appointment scheduling, visitor logs, and courier management.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Draft emails, prepare documents, and support basic administrative tasks using MS Office tools.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and support meeting arrangements and guest hospitality.
  • Assist with showroom visits and provide basic sales or administrative support when required.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Business Administration preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in front-office, reception, or hospitality roles (experience in premium hotels/hospitality is an advantage).
  • Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and email drafting; knowledge of billing or front-desk software is a plus.
