Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ajmer for an Assistant at Royce Cross Group. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with inventory and documentation. Other tasks include coordinating with different departments, compiling reports, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Administrative skills including document management, scheduling, and customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage time effectively
  • Experience in data entry, report compilation, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or industrial products is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in related fields are advantageous
