We are currently looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Fashion Consultants with Sales Responsibilities at our store in Vegas Mall, New Delhi. If you have a keen eye for fashion and a love for providing excellent customer service, we would love to meet you

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Provide personalized fashion advice to customers, helping them select outfits that suit their style, body type, and preferences.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets by promoting and selling the latest collections to customers.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all product offerings, including fabrics, styles, sizing, and trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.

Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is aesthetically appealing by maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and product display.

Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment and monitor product levels to ensure that the store remains well-stocked with popular styles and sizes.

Customer Experience: Provide a memorable shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service, handling queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a positive and efficient work environment, ensuring smooth operations.

Store Cleanliness: Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales or fashion consulting is preferred, but not mandatory.

Strong interest in fashion, trends, and styling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Knowledge of the AND brand is a plus.
