Servicenow Consultant

Locations: Hyderabad | Bangalore | Pune | Mumbai Experience: 2–3 years | Immediate Start (within 5 days) About the Role Neyo Ltd is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with solid hands-on experience in Discovery and CMDB within the ITOM suite. The ideal candidate will have successfully implemented and supported Discovery and CMDB configurations in real-world projects and be confident in delivering client-ready solutions from end-to-end. Key Responsibilities Configure, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM modules with a strong focus on Discovery and CMDB . Work closely with clients to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices. Develop and customize workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to enhance platform functionality. Conduct Discovery troubleshooting, CI class mapping, and data reconciliation. Support integration efforts using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure data accuracy across CMDB relationships. Provide deployment, testing, and post-implementation support. Skills & Qualifications Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB implementation (minimum one end-to-end project each). 2–3 years of ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience. Strong understanding of ITOM architecture , MID Server setup, credentials, and probe/sensor troubleshooting. Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript/Glide ) and integration (REST/SOAP APIs). ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory. CIS – ITOM / ITSM / ITAM certification – preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
