Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Administrating, supporting and managing ACE12.x, IIBv10.x, IBM MQ 9.x, IBM MQFTE v9.x, Datapower and Rabbit MQ as well as other open-source messaging and integration applications.Implementing and managing secure file transfer within the company internally and liaising effectively with external partners.Acting as technical lead for high-demanding and agile projects and initiatives in the integration space.Supporting all non-production and production/DR environments and applying trouble-shooting techniques for production issues.Collaborating with Infrastructure Architects, developers, vendors and/or external partners to support and provide feedback on integration designs and requirements analysis.Installing, configuring, securing, deploying, maintaining and automating integration systems and project documentation.Providing 24/7 on-call support as required, during monthly releases and out-of-cycle deployments.Performing monitoring and troubleshooting via tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.Requirements:Advanced knowledge of Integration technologies.Extensive experience in Unix scripting.Ability to make independent as well as collaborative decisions during expected or unexpected situations and ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to draft and maintain business documentation.Exceptional knowledge of service and application infrastructure delivery.Demonstrated record of adhering to service level agreements.Willingness and flexibility to work outside of standard office hours and on weekends as required.Special Considerations:Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable.Knowledge of the insurance lifecycle policy & claims is a plus.
