Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Administrator located in Madurai. The IT Administrator will handle daily tasks such as providing technical support, managing network infrastructure, overseeing system administration, and troubleshooting IT-related issues. Responsibilities also include ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems and implementing best practices to maintain system security and performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address IT issues efficiently
• Experience in Network Administration and System Administration to manage and maintain IT infrastructure
• Strong understanding of core Information Technology concepts and system operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices to safeguard IT systems
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar are an added advantage
