1. Develop appropriate IT policies to ensure the best practice

2. Plan yearly budget for each IT & Infra development

3. Work with Division/ functional head to identify the Manual areas and address it with appropriate standard software

4. Identify opportunities to improve the existing software and systems in the organization

**System Admin**

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

3. Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.

4. Improve the network infrastructure periodically to ensure uninterrupted network connection

5. Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems

6. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

7. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)

8. Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule

9. Backup administration and manage end to end backup

10. Ensure servers and operating systems are up to date technology

12. Setting up mail accounts for new users’ creation, troubleshooting, and management

13. Installing and maintaining CCTV systems

14. Facilitate internal customer’s IT requirements

15. Document and keep track of complaints

16. Prepare preventive maintenance schedule and adherence

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
