The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-disciplinary project teams and interfacing with architects, consultants, and contractors.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee project planning, budgeting, timelines, and deliveryCoordinate with design, construction, and liaison teamsMonitor project progress, quality, and cost efficiencyEnsure compliance with statutory and regulatory normsDrive contractor performance and stakeholder reportingQualification & ExperienceB.E./B.Tech (Civil) / M.E. (Civil) / PMP preferred15–25 years' experience in real estate experienceStrong exposure to project governance, contracts, and cost controlKey CompetenciesLeadership, execution excellence, commercial acumen, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
