You will oversee the strategic and operational management of HubSpot processes, ensuring smooth implementation and integration for clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include optimizing workflows, analyzing platform performance, managing and mentoring a team of skilled professionals, developing operational strategies, and maintaining efficient project execution while ensuring alignment with client objectives and budgets.QualificationsProven experience in Operations Management and expertise with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve processes and derive actionable insights from performance metrics.Ability to lead, manage, and mentor teams effectively, promoting collaboration and productivity.Excellent Communication skills for management, team coordination, and client interaction.Proficiency in Budgeting and resource planning to ensure project alignment with financial objectives.Problem-solving orientation with a proactive approach to challenges in operations and CRM processes.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.Previous experience in digital marketing or CRM-focused industries is advantageous.Complete exposure of HubSpot Ecosystem.Experience with Demo calls.Experience with Third-party integrations.Proven experience with reporting dashboards.Location - Mohali, PunjabType - On-sitePreference - Immediate joinersAlso you can send your resume at hr@markestac.com#markestac #urgenthiring #hubspot #mohalihiring #hubspothiring #operationhead #jobs
