Dental Billing Assistant ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our dental billing team in India.At least 7 years of hands-on experience in U.S. dental billing, with a deep understanding of end-to-end dental revenue cycle management processes, team leadership, and client communication is required.Main Responsibilities:Manage the full dental billing cycle, including insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, and denial management.Supervise and support a team of dental billers and specialists to meet productivity and quality benchmarks.Handle escalations, resolve complex billing issues, and coordinate with internal teams.Ensure accurate coding (CDT), cross-coding (ICD-10/CPT) for oral surgery and other relevant procedures.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain reporting for collections, claim turnaround time, and rejection rates.Maintain compliance with HIPAA, payer policies, and state-specific billing regulations.Conduct training, quality assurance reviews, and performance evaluations for junior team members.Assist with onboarding new clients and streamlining their billing processes.Communicate effectively via email and video conferencing with dental offices, practice managers, and operations staff.
