Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect (Revenue Cloud) Experience: 8+ years Location: Remote – India Shift: Standard IST Business Hours Job Summary We are seeking an accomplished Salesforce Technical Architect specializing in Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing) to lead end-to-end solution architecture, integrations, and technical governance for enterprise Quote-to-Cash (QTC) implementations. You will drive architectural strategy, design scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration across Salesforce, middleware, and external enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Architectural Leadership Own the technical architecture for Revenue Cloud transformations. Build end-to-end solution designs for CPQ, Billing, Integrations, Middleware, QTC workflows . Conduct architecture workshops and create HLD/LLD documentation. Integration Architecture Design enterprise-grade integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC, batch jobs . Architect API-led connectivity using MuleSoft / Boomi / Informatica / Apigee . Ensure alignment with security, governance, IAM, and compliance standards . Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing) Expertise Architect product catalog, pricing, discount rules, approvals, and contracting flows. Oversee CPQ/Billing configuration, customization, and escalations. Support subscription lifecycle, amendments, renewals, and revenue recognition models. Technical Governance & Delivery Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, data model validations. Partner with PMs, functional architects, QA, and business stakeholders. Drive scalability reviews and optimization initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the technical SME across business, engineering, QA, and security. Perform impact assessments and risk mitigation planning. Present architectural decisions to senior leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications 8–10 years of Salesforce architecture experience. Deep hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing) . Strong technical experience in: Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JWT Middleware: MuleSoft strongly preferred Platform Events, CDC, Orchestrations Strong understanding of QTC, subscription billing, revenue recognition, invoicing workflows . Experience leading enterprise-scale integration-heavy Salesforce programs. Strong Agile delivery experience and excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Salesforce Billing Specialist Application Architect / System Architect Experience with large-scale subscription or SaaS businesses.
