OverviewThe SalesManager for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) throughDirect Selling Agents (DSA) plays a crucial role in drivingbusiness growth and profitability for the organization. They areresponsible for leading a team of DSAs managing customerrelationships and achieving sales targets in the home loans and LAPsegments. This role requires strong leadership sales acumen and theability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders inthe market.Keyresponsibilities
  • Lead and mentor ateam of DSAs to achieve sales targets for home loans andLAP.
  • Develop and implement strategic salesplans to expand market share and achieve businessobjectives.
  • Identify and onboard new DSAs toexpand the customer base and marketpresence.
  • Conduct regular training sessions forDSAs to enhance their product knowledge and sellingskills.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholdersto ensure seamless loan processing and customersatisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends competitionand customer feedback to drive product and processimprovements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements and company policies in all salesactivities.
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with key customers DSAs and other externalpartners.
  • Prepare and present sales performancereports to the management team on a regularbasis.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline todrive conversions and achieve revenuetargets.
  • Participate in industry events andnetworking activities to promote the company s loanproducts.
  • Resolve customer complaints andescalations in a timely and professionalmanner.
  • Lead by example in demonstratingethical and customercentric salespractices.
  • Contribute to the development andexecution of marketing campaigns and promotionalactivities.
  • Stay updated with industrydevelopments best practices and emerging opportunities to drivecontinuous improvement.
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Finance Marketing or a relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience insales and business development with a focus on home loans andLAP.
  • Demonstrated success in leading andmanaging a highperforming sales team in the financial servicesindustry.
  • Indepth understanding of loanproducts mortgage processes and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Proven track record of achievingand exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
  • Strong analytical abilities tointerpret sales performance data and marketinsights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced anddynamic work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMsystems MS Office and sales productivitytools.
  • Certifications in sales management orfinancial services will be anadvantage.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry bestpractices compliance and ethicalstandards.
  • Ability to travel within theassigned territory and work flexible hours asneeded.
  • Leadership and decisionmakingcapabilities to drive team performance and customersatisfaction.
  • Proven ability to build andmaintain strong relationships with customers and businesspartners.
