We have been operating the fastest growing fitness chain brands in India, and we plan to set up another 150+ centres/year across various offerings.The Expansion Manager will be responsible for centre expansion across top cities.Key responsibilities:• End to end Program Management & Ownership on transformation process from site-> centre launch• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Real Estate, Legal, Business Finance, Projects, City teams, Talent Acquisition, Sales/Growth teams, Audits etc) to program manage launch operations• Interface effectively with Franchise partners to ensure timely execution, payments, launch readiness & presales• Capital expenditure ownership & management (projects, equipment, other line items)• Improve launch process overall & Franchise partner satisfaction with new launches• Identify, communicate & problem solve any potential risk to launch centres on time & with great member experienceRequirementsWe require someone with:2-3 years of experience in Project/Programme management, startup experience preferredBachelor's degree from a recognized university (engineering/law/commerce/mgmt)Previous experience with franchise/client-based business preferredBackground in real estate/construction/retail expansion a plusSharp program management skills - building & executing SOPs, getting buy-in from multiple stakeholders & driving execution with high influenceExcellent problem solving abilities - hustle & think-on-feet in new situations, take executive decisionsGood communication skills (written & verbal)Process orientation - to identify and solve problems, and set up best practices
