Focused on delivering outstanding service excellence, you will be passionate about creating an extraordinary experience for our clients and all stakeholders of our recruitment services.Your primary duties may include:• Understanding and interpreting client business objectives and proactively communicating relevant trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk.• Reviewing the delivery model to continually drive continuous improvement and innovation.• Collaborating closely with vendors, suppliers, client hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.• Implementing new processes or enhancing current ones to strengthen efficiencies and continuous improvement for an optimal customer experience.• Driving governance against agreed schedules and ensuring accurate and aligned KPI reporting.• Developing initiatives to enhance solutions, including sourcing, talent pool management, selection methodologies, and market intelligence.• Enhancing relationships with recruitment-related third-party service providers.• Providing advice and support on talent management issues and escalations as necessary.• Overseeing the management of service delivery against contractual terms and managing out-of-scope service requests, including proposal management.• Identifying and advising on commercial risks and managing these accordingly.A high level of experience working in a leadership role for a recruitment solution is ideal, preferably within an MSP environment.You should possess commercial acumen relating to budget management, account expansion, and resource planning.The ability to write and present client-oriented communications is essential.You must be able to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously under pressure and tight deadlines.We seek someone who desires to interact with people at all levels of an organization and develop strong client relationships.
