Job Title- Recruitment Specialist

Location- Thane, Mumbai

Reporting To- Lead- TA


Job Summary-

Recruiter is responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent for the organizations. This role involves building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and culture, as well as conducting thorough candidate assessments to ensure a good fit. This role would involve Sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs. Person may utilize the services of employment agencies, place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the Internet and print media. Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.


Responsibilities-

Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with clients to understand their leadership needs and organizational culture.

Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks.

Talent Sourcing:

Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.

Utilize a variety of channels, including networking, referrals, and social media, to attract top talent.

Candidate Assessment:

Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Prepare candidate profiles and present findings to clients.

Relationship Management:

Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Provide candidates with feedback and support during interviews and negotiations.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging talent in the market.

Use research to enhance recruitment strategies and provide valuable insights to clients.

Negotiation and Closing:

Facilitate negotiations between Hiring Leaders and candidates regarding compensation, benefits, and relocation.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.

Reporting and Metrics:

Track and report on key performance metrics related to recruitment efforts.

Analyze and refine recruitment strategies based on performance data.


Education & Certifications-

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • A Master's degree or MBA related to Human Resource is preferred.


Additional requirements-

  • Proven experience in executive recruiting, preferably in a MNC/ Consulting Organizations
  • Should have exposure in hiring for Engineering / Technology roles.
  • 6 years to 10 years of progressive Recruiting experience with strong exposure in Head hunting, Passive sourcing , Social Media Recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of executive roles and the hiring landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
