We collaborate closely with customers to turn their ideas into reality and drive sustainability forward.Our goal is to connect talent, textiles, and technology to create a better and more sustainable world.Job ResponsibilitiesTransition of cost activities from business units to finance centersManage product costing within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, SAP, for markets with centralized costing activitiesDevelop a process for analyzing variances (price and factory) and provide actionable insights to reduce variances compared to established standardsSupport inventory valuation by calculating capitalized variances and stock provisionsLiaise with technology teams to resolve issues in processes or reportsPerform ad-hoc analysis as required, including deep dives to identify issuesValidate dashboards and reports related to inventory, procurement, and factory performanceSupport group projects requiring centralized costing supportPrincipal AccountabilitiesSingularity point of contact for SAP product costingIndependently manage entire product costing activities on SAPEnd-to-end support for standard cost release following established group methodologyConduct reviews to ensure accuracy of standard costsReview and validate master data components impacting product costingOperational AnalysisAnalyze procurement transactions and identify causes for price varianceReview exceptions and abnormal variances, liaising with markets to take corrective actionFactory variance analysis and consolidationDevelop reports providing insights into price and factory variancesMonth-End ActivitiesReview of gross stocks and reports providing value of gross stock based on group accounting policyCalculate variance based on group policiesAdherence to standard methodology for provision calculation and bring improvements as requiredAdditional SupportDeep dives into transactions and processes to identify issues and provide solutionsValidation of dashboards and reportsGuidance to markets on standard processes and methodologies in areas related to costing and inventory valuation
