Basic InformationDesignation / Job Title: Lead Business Analyst/Senior Business AnalystLocation: Noida B19Reporting Manager: DGMJob PurposeTo lead business requirements analysis for CLOS/MSME processes by gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements. The role ensures alignment between business objectives and system capabilities through detailed requirement elicitation, solution definition and effective stakeholder collaboration. Involved in end to end Project lifecycle including UAT & Go-Live. Principal Accountabilities AccountabilitiesMajor ActivitiesRequirements Gathering & ElicitationConduct detailed discussions with customers to understand their business requirements.Analyse functional and domain requirements for CLOS/MSME process.Translate business objectives/ policies into clear and actionable requirements.Ensure adoption of standard accelerator to the client.DocumentationPrepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD)/ Functional Specification Documents (FSD)/ User Stories.Maintain updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Solution Design & ValidationWork with technical teams to define feasible and scalable solutions.Participate in solution walkthroughs and validations with stakeholders.SIT/UAT Conduct UAT along with the client and get sign off with mini. changes.Ensure least conflict in requirement versus built during UAT.Stakeholder ManagementLiaise with sales, pre-sales, management, product and technical teams to ensure alignment.Liase with project team to facilitate requirement workshops/ discussions and achieve billing milestones.Liaise with various customer stakeholders to avoid escalations.Change Request ManagementDocument, analyse, and prioritise change requests.Update user stories and communicate impact to all stakeholders.Effort Estimation & Planning SupportProvide accurate estimations for requirements and enhancements.Support planning and scheduling activities. Key Performance IndicatorsValue-Added Dashboard DeliveryTimely delivery of a value-added dashboard to the customer upon completion of gap study.Customer SatisfactionImprovement in customer satisfaction measured through MOTs scores and the average performance across Requirement Gathering/ Gap Study, Development, SIT/ UAT and Project Closure stages.Quality & Timeliness of Document SubmissionConsistent adherence to documentation quality guidelines and timely submission of key documents and artefacts including, but not limited to: -• BRD/ SRS/ FSD/ User Stories• End-to-end Process Flow Diagrams (in swimlanes)• Wireframes• Field List• RTM• Test Scenarios/ Test Cases/ UAT Support• API Specifications and Data Mapping• Documents Mapping• User/ Training ManualAdherence to Agreed ScheduleMaintaining schedule variance within ±15% during Gap Study and UAT phases and ensuring on-time Gate 5 delivery against the baseline.Upskilling & Capability BuildingCompletion of L&D-mandated trainings including Business Etiquette and Newgen Product knowledge trainings.Accelerator-Based Project Timelines & Budget ComplianceCompletion of Accelerator-based Gap Studies within ±20% variance of Gate 0 estimates with documentation aligned to standard Accelerator SRS and Field List templates, including gap identification and justification. Regular reviews with Accelerator Teams before SRS finalisation. Tech/ BE, MCA or MBARelevant Experience3-10 yearsSkills Required (Technical and / or Behavioral)Excellent Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication.Willingness to Travel: Should be ready for frequent travels as per project and business requirements.Professional Attributes: Well-organized, confident, self-motivated, and a strong team player. Should demonstrate reliability, responsiveness, resourcefulness, creativity and an innovative approach to problem-solving.Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Lending Credit Policies, Loan Origination Workflows, Loan Products/ Facilities, Eligibility Assessments & Calculations, System Integrations, Financial & Non-financial Analysis, Due-diligence & Compliance Processes, Risk Rating Methodologies, Pre & Post Sanction Loan Documents and other SOPs associated with Corporate/ MSME lending.Banking Exposure (Preferred): Prior work experience in a Bank within Corporate/ MSME verticals is desirablePrior experience in Corporate/ MSME Lending Projects, Product Management, Presales or Delivery will be an added advantage.
