Financial Operations Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished Bookkeeping Expert to oversee our daily and monthly financial operations, including bookkeeping activities, month-end closes, reconciliations, improving financial processes, and supporting leadership with accurate reporting.This is a critical role, ideal for someone who thrives in an environment of growth, responsibility, and operational complexity. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily and monthly bookkeeping, maintaining accurate financial records, and overseeing financial documentation.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily and monthly bookkeeping activities, including AP/AR, expense processing, and reconciliations.Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and audit-ready documentation across multiple entities.Oversee financial documentation, receipts, and audit-ready files.Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and support leadership in understanding trends and spending patterns.Assist with budget tracking, forecasts, and identifying financial discrepancies or optimization opportunities.Manage multi-entity bookkeeping, intercompany accounting, and support tax prep, audits, and compliance activities.Maintain compliance with internal controls, document workflows, and reporting standards.Partner with HR, operations, and sales as the primary financial point of contact.Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes, documentation, and automation tools.Communicate proactively on issues, risks, or unusual activities.Required Skills & QualificationsWe are looking for a highly experienced professional with 5–10+ years of bookkeeping experience, strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel, and direct experience in multi-entity or parent/subsidiary structures.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP bookkeeping best practices, experience supporting software, SaaS or PaaS business models, and excellent communication skills.Requirements:5–10+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN MULTI-ENTITY OR PARENT/SUBSIDIARY STRUCTURES.Strong understanding of GAAP bookkeeping best practices.Experience supporting software, SaaS or PaaS business models.Excellent communication skills.BenefitsWe offer a collaborative environment with high visibility across the organization, flexible working arrangements, and competitive compensation aligned with experience.This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in an environment of growth, responsibility, and operational complexity.Work EnvironmentWe are a fast-growing company that offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.Our team is passionate about transforming the debt collection industry, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join us.
