Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Financial Operations Executive to support our finance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and compliance.The Finance Executive will work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial records, support forecasting and analysis, and contribute to efficient financial processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial discipline, supporting business decisions, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. ● Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting. ● Maintain accurate general ledger records and perform account reconciliations. ● Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in accordance with company policies. ● Support financial audits and ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements. ● Assist in managing cash flow, working capital, and banking transactions. ● Monitor and ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. ● Collaborate with internal departments to gather data and provide financial insights. ● Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Candidate Requirements ● Immediate joiner preferred. ● Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce in a recognised institution; MBA preferred but not mandatory. (CFA / CFA aspirant preferred) ● 2 years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting functions. ● Strong grasp of accounting standards (local GAAP / IFRS) and regulatory frameworks ● Deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis ● Excellent leadership, people management, and mentoring skills ● Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial software / ERP / BI tools ● Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work at both strategic and operational levels. ● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with senior management, auditors, and other stakeholders ● High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential financial information
