What We are Looking For
We're seeking an Accounting & Operations Specialist who thrives in detail, obsesses over accuracy, and can seamlessly juggle numbers with process improvements.
This isn't just an accounting role—you'll be at the intersection of finance and operations, ensuring our financial health while making our day-to-day operations run smarter and faster.

What You Will Do

  • Invoice & Billing: Record and organize financial transactions with accuracy and transparency.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the complete cycle from invoice processing to collections and payments.
  • Operational Support: Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, assist in tax filings, and support audits.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and tools.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting.
