Job Title US Accounting Payroll Specialist Location Remote Job Type Full-time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced US Accounting Payroll Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable AR Accounts Payable AP Bank Reconciliation and US Payroll processing This role requires strong accounting knowledge attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy under deadlines Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable AP and Accounts Receivable AR processes ensuring accuracy and timely completion Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records Process and manage US payroll in compliance with federal and state regulations Prepare and maintain payroll reports tax filings and employee records Support month-end and year-end closing activities Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth accounting and payroll operations Ensure compliance with accounting principles payroll laws and company policies Requirements Bachelor s degree in accounting Finance or related field 3-5 years of experience in US Accounting Payroll Strong knowledge of AR AP Bank Reconciliation and US payroll regulations Hands-on experience with accounting and payroll software e g QuickBooks ADP Gusto or similar Excellent attention to detail analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills Experience with multi-state payroll Familiarity with US GAAP Prior experience working with global teams Powered by JazzHR
