Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a US Accountant. The US Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts, and reconciling records with accuracy. Tasks include analyzing financial data, managing tax filings, ensuring compliance with standards, maintaining payroll operations, and collaborating with internal teams to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the professional will ensure timely and accurate reporting while improving financial processes. Qualifications - Strong understanding of U.S. accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations - Expertise in bookkeeping, payroll management, and financial reporting - Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel) - Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred - Minimum of 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with U.S.-based clients
