Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate - Accounting to join our dynamic team. This role requires expertise in managing financial transactions and reporting processes during US business hours. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of accounting principles and a track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information. Requirements Requirements - Oversee and execute daily accounting operations, including ledger management, reconciliation, and financial reporting. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP. - Review and process invoices, payments, and expense reports. - Assist with audits and tax preparation, providing necessary documentation and reports. - Collaborate with internal teams to address accounting issues and implement improvements. Requirements This role is well suited for someone who has a passion for payroll, enjoys learning new skills and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be highly organised and have a strong desire to contribute to team success. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following experience and attributes: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a payroll processing role and are ready to take a step to the next level Proactive thinker that’s driven by process improvement and efficiency Ability to learn new systems quickly and invest in their own learning Excellent organisational skills to be able to work with multiple clients from different industries Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with Keypay /Employment Hero payroll systems would be highly regarded
