Job Title: Workday Financials Specialist – Accounting Center Work Conditions - Location: Multiple locations in India (On-site/Hybrid-Not remote) - Mode of Interview: Face to Face / Video - Background Check: Post-onboarding We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials professional with strong expertise in the Workday Accounting Center. The ideal candidate will possess a solid finance and accounting foundation, with hands-on experience in subledger, GL processes, and advanced reporting. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage Workday Accounting Center configuration, reporting, and integrations. - Develop advanced dashboards and insights to support financial operations and leadership reporting. - Ingest and integrate external subledgers into Workday, ensuring accurate data transformation and posting to the GL. - Build scalable, compliant Workday solutions that enhance reporting accuracy and financial transparency. - Drive improvements in end-to-end accounting data flow, reconciliation, and auditability. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable solutions. Required Qualifications - Total Experience: 5+ years - Relevant Workday Financials Experience: 5+ years - Mandatory Skills: Workday Accounting Center, Workday Financials - Strong finance and accounting domain knowledge - Proficiency in dashboard development and analytics in Workday
