Technical Program ManagerAt the heart of our organization lies a dynamic position: Technical Program Manager.This role demands an individual who can effectively orchestrate development teams and lead client-facing technical engagements across various regions.The ideal candidate will excel in fast-paced environments, comfortably navigating modern web, cloud, and AI technologies. Key responsibilities include:Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion.Acting as the primary point of contact for clients from diverse backgrounds.Preparing proposals, effort estimates, and technical documentation.Defining project plans, milestones, sprint cycles, timelines, and delivery schedules.Identifying and mitigating risks, bottlenecks, and blockers.Required Qualifications & SkillsTechnical BackgroundBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.Strong understanding of modern web and mobile technologies, including WordPress, Webflow, ReactJS, Next.js, React Native, PHP, Python, Azure Cloud Services, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps basics.Exposure to AI/ML concepts and hands-on familiarity with OpenAI or similar LLM frameworks is an added advantage.Project & Client Management Skills3–5+ years of experience managing software development teams and client-facing technical engagements.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and documentation skills.BenefitsOpportunity to work with global brands and diverse technology stacks.Be part of our journey as we build next-generation AI-driven solutions.Collaborative culture, ownership mindset, and real growth opportunities.
