Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that all AI solutions are strategically aligned with business objectives, technically sound, and operationally efficient.This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organization's AI initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address complex healthcare challenges.Lead the technical solutioning process for AI-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, architectural standards, and the overall AI/ML strategy.Define and maintain the architectural vision and roadmap for AI solutions, incorporating best practices, emerging technologies, and the evolving needs of the Healthcare IT domain.Design end-to-end AI solutions, including data ingestion, processing, model development, deployment, and monitoring, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications, while contributing to the overall strategic direction of AI initiatives.Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other technical experts to ensure successful project execution, providing technical guidance and mentorship throughout the development lifecycle.Develop comprehensive documentation of AI solutions, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidelines, to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, platforms, and tools to support the organization's AI initiatives, focusing on leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services where appropriate.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.Lead proof-of-concept (POC) projects to validate the feasibility and value of proposed AI solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA and other Healthcare IT requirements.Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and related fields, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.12+ years of experience in software development or architecture, with a significant focus on AI and machine learning.Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, as well as experience with various AI algorithms and models.Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), with a strong preference for experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its AI-related services.Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust AI solutions within the Healthcare IT domain.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, as well as experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making, with a track record of successfully driving AI initiatives.Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with a strong ability to collaborate and build consensus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify and address complex technical challenges.Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is required, as well as a strong understanding of the Healthcare IT landscape.Experience with MLOps practices and tools, focusing on automating and streamlining the AI development and deployment lifecycle.Strong leadership skills, providing technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
