QA Engineering Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive quality strategy, automation vision, and testing architecture across our engineering ecosystem.The RoleNFR Testing: Govern testing for performance, load, security, accessibility, and resilience across platforms.Automation Frameworks: Lead the design and standardization of reusable automation frameworks and toolchains.We are looking for a candidate with deep expertise in modern testing frameworks, non-functional engineering, and quality-driven design. The ideal candidate will define and drive long-term QA strategy, including Shift-Left, Shift-Right, and performance-focused practices.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement QA strategies that align with business goals and objectives.Lead the development of reusable automation frameworks and toolchains.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing is integrated into the software development lifecycle.Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing and quality assurance.Requirements:Deep understanding of modern testing frameworks and non-functional engineering principles.Experience with automation frameworks and toolchains.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong leadership and collaboration skills.Bonus Points:Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices.Knowledge of agile methodologies and iterative development.Fluency in multiple programming languages and testing tools.
