Role Summary :
As a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs and aligning them with enreap’s extensive range of Atlassian solutions and services. Your expertise will guide prospective clients through the technical and strategic benefits of our offerings, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that drive their success.
Key Responsibilities :
· Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand and address client requirements.
· Develop and present customized demonstrations of enreap’s Atlassian solutions.
· Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for solution selling and cross-selling.
· Stay abreast of the latest Atlassian features and updates, ensuring enreap‘s offerings remain at the cutting edge.
· Facilitate workshops and webinars to showcase enreap’s expertise in Agile & DevOps, cloud solutions, ITSM, and PPM.
· Provide feedback to the delivery teams on market needs and product improvements.
· Assist in the development of proposal documents and RFP responses, highlighting enreap’s value proposition.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, fostering long-term business growth.
Qualifications :
· Strong expertise in Atlassian product suite, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, and newly launched Atlassian Products, with the ability to architect solutions and workflows tailored to client needs.
· Demonstrated experience in cloud migration strategies and implementations, particularly with Atlassian Cloud and other major cloud service providers like AWS, to support digital transformation efforts.
· Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and project portfolio management (PPM) principles, with an emphasis on Atlassian solutions.
· Relevant certifications in ITIL, Agile methodologies (such as Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist), and Atlassian products (such as ACP, Atlassian Certified Master) are highly desirable.
· Knowledge of Agile & DevOps practices, with certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or DevOps Institute certifications considered a plus.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts in clear, understandable terms.
· Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach to addressing client challenges.
· Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and understand their environments.
