Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team and provide essential support to our sales team in achieving our organization‘s sales goals. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing sales data, coordinating student communications, conducting research, and overseeing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and optimize sales processes. If you have proven experience in sales operations or a similar role, a strong understanding of the sales process, and excellent analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
Manage trackers for various programs to track progress and performance.
Handle student communications in various stages of the sales process, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Coordinate interviews for various products, including scheduling and follow-up communications.
Generate reports on various sales programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate exam scheduling and announcements of results to ensure smooth execution.
Manage and organize sales data to support decision-making and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven work experience in Sales Operations or a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and departments.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
