Job Overview:
The Cloud Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies i.e. Oracle, Azure. Excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
>> Identify and target potential clients for cloud computing solutions.
>> Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
>> Present and demonstrate cloud products and services to prospective clients.
>> Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Client Relationship Management:
>> Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
>> Understand client needs and provide tailored cloud solutions to meet those needs.
>> Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Collaboration and Coordination:
>> Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of cloud solutions.
>> Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
>> Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market trends.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
>> Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
>> Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and threats.
>> Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
>> Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the Oracle & Azure technology.
>> Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Technical Skills:
>> Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and solutions (e.g., Azure, Oracle Cloud).
>> Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Soft Skills:
>> Excellent communication and presentation skills.
>> Strong negotiation and closing skills.
>> Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
>> Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Preferred:
>> Understanding of various industry verticals and their specific cloud needs.
>> Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection regulations related to cloud services.
