Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring the upkeep of facility & able to handle the technical & soft serves as per facility management & administration standards.
Developing and implementing process, procedures, and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of FM & Administration
Well versed & managing Security, Housekeeping, & MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) services, supervising grounds staff and providing training as required.
Good knowledge & exposure of electro - mechanical systems, BMS, HVAC, UPS, firefighting equipment, fire detection, access control etc. Good knowledge of building compliances
Managing & supervising multi-disciplinary teams of housekeeping cleaning, Pantry & Cafeteria services
Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments. Coordinating with vendors or contractors as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the property. Resolving complaints, problems, and requests from employees
Routinely inspect all equipment, preventive maintenance, LOTO, get equipment serviced as per AMC to ensure performance measures are being maintained.
Adherence to timely closure of requests/complaints/work orders to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining an adequate supply of consumables/materials and service for the proper operations of services and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by management.
Statutory compliance check & invoice processing of all vendor invoices.
Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.
Manage all Health and Safety issues and actively participate in Health and Safety reviews

Required Candidate profile

Knowledge in admin, facilities management is required.
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
Strong computer literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable
Awareness about administrative roles in IT companies
Ability to handle pressures, different in-house tasks.
Any graduate with at least 1yr of experience in handling Admin role only for IT companies.
