**Designation**: Office Administrator & Facilities Executive

**Job Summary**:
Serve as a pivotal point of contact for administrative matters within the organization, ensuring smooth office operations and employee satisfaction.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Manage proper documentation, document scanning and organization, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
- Interact with employees to understand and facilitate their food preferences and requirements.
- Coordinate with support staff and manage vendor interactions, particularly with cleaning staff and event suppliers.
- Play a key role in event planning and execution, ensuring successful and seamless events.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Monthly purchasing budget

**Requirements**:

- Must have pleasant personality and soft spoken, with good level of patience and professionalism.
- Always ready coordinate with Team member to understand their basic needs at work place.
- Ability to efficiently scan and manage documents using appropriate technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and address their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with vendors and manage event logistics.
- Proven capability to handle administrative tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
