Position: Brand Manager for Oncology segment for Emerging Markets.

Education & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in oncology marketing in an above country role (regional/global) in reputed multinational companies (this is must for this role).
MBA from reputed institutes
Rare Cancers, cancer immunotherapies’ experience preferred
Emerging markets experience preferred
Good communication and strong social skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive global brand strategies and launch plans for new indications, aligned with brand, portfolio and business objectives. Bring forward key opportunities, customer insights, and competitive threats to inform strategy development
Lead the end-to-end launch process for brand plan for mentioned indications, including pre-launch/launch activities, market preparation, launch execution, and post-launch scale-up. Ensure effective coordination of activities across regions and functions to drive successful product launches and market penetration.
Develop robust marketing insights to the Brand Plan with a patient-centric focus. Maintain an up-to date understanding of customer perspectives through regular engagement with healthcare providers and stakeholders across Top 10 countries
Lead the tactical design and implementation of multi-channel marketing initiatives to include innovative tactics to drive holistic solutions for multi-channel opportunities that strengthen marketing campaigns, improve multi-stakeholder engagements and customized contents for brand
Manage promotional budgets to optimize channel mix strategies for all marketing initiatives and cross-functional campaigns.
Manage global key opinion leaders and HCPs engagements effectively in collaboration with medical
Play an active role to ensure flawless execution of global brand initiatives by the country commercial teams ; support & oversight in localisation – This requires extensive cross functional collaboration
Build community of country brand teams to learn and share best practices
Provide commercial and brand support to drive access initiatives
Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of launch initiatives and track brand performance against launch goals
