Job Description Company Description SAY Rooms & Homes is a travel start-up founded by an experienced team from the travel and hospitality industry, based out of Gurugram, Kolkata, and Siliguri. Our platform addresses the challenges faced by travelers seeking secure and clean accommodations at reasonable prices in remote and exotic destinations. By leveraging our deep knowledge of the industry and technology, we aim to solve the logistical and operational difficulties faced by homestays and small hotels. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and conducting market research. Additionally, the Sales Executive will be involved in creating and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive sales growth. Qualifications - Strong skills in sales, lead generation, and business development - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, and understand customer needs - Market research and analysis skills, including the ability to identify market trends and opportunities - Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets - Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
