Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in Faridabad, for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will manage executive administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports. Additional responsibilities include organizing and managing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing comprehensive support to leadership. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. Qualifications - Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports and financial documentation - Strong expertise in providing Executive Support and Administrative Assistance to senior management - Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities - Proficiency with office software and tools such as MS Office Suite and MS excel - Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail - Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
