Key Responsibilities 1 Lead Generation - Conduct cold calls to prospective clients across several sectors etc in the European market Germany Netherlands Ireland - Identify and qualify leads by engaging potential customers in discussions about their needs and pain points 2 Sales Pitch Delivery - Deliver compelling sales pitches that effectively communicate the value of our products services - Schedule follow-up meetings or sales presentations with interested prospects 3 Market Research - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather relevant information to personalize outreach efforts - Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape in the European market 4 Database Management - Maintain and update the database with accurate information regarding leads contacts and results from outreach efforts - Track progress and report on key metrics related to lead generation and conversion rates 5 Collaboration with Sales Team - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts - Share insights and feedback from calls to improve sales scripts and approaches 6 Achieve Targets - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas and sales targets set by the management - Actively participate in training sessions and professional development to enhance sales skills Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in business Marketing or a related field is preferred - Proven experience in cold calling telemarketing or sales targeting international markets - Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet defined goals - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in English additional European languages are an advantage ref updazz com
