Looking for Corporate Manager Sales REMOTE City BangaloreNo of years-7-10Industry B2B must From domains like Hospitality Recruitment staffing Loyalty Gifting onboarding digital marketing agency procurementClient Software solution providing company and fintech solutions Weare seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Sales Manager to drive our revenue growth in the B2B sector The ideal candidate will have experience in selling software solutions to corporate clients particularly within the HR domain Your primary role will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand our customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company sales targets - Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the customer base - Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships with key corporate clients - Negotiate and close agreements with large clients ensuring profitable sales - Monitor and analyze performance metrics providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align on common objectives - Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads - Manage and mentor the sales team providing guidance and support to achieve team goals - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients - Stay up-to-date with market trends competitor activities and industry developments Qualifications - Proven track record in B2B sales preferably in the software solutions or HR technology industry - Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and strategies - Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels including CxO Director and VP levels - Experience with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field - Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events Skills and Competencies - Strategic planning and execution - Strong leadership and team management - Effective problem-solving and decision-making - Customer-focused with a strong sense of service - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment ref updazz com
