Requirements The Ideal Candidate Ensure maximum brand awareness, audience engagement and/or sales leads within the region, through an effective deployment of online & offline Marketing Campaigns (external and internal). Keeping employees within the region engaged and inspired. Ensure a continuous organizational readiness for crisis communication when needed. All within budgets set. - Ensure maximum brand awareness, audience engagement and/or sales leads within the region and budget set, through an effective deployment of online & offline Marketing Campaigns (external and internal) - Translation of global messaging & campaigns to region-specific content, media channels and tactics - Develop the annual regional communications plan & calendar, in line with the global communications plan and regional commercial plans - Work in close collaboration and alignment with the Regional Commercial organization to help achieve regional commercial goals & objectives - Work in close collaboration with Regional Leadership to ensure a impactful and consistent messaging to the internal organization - Build relationships with major regional Media & Trade Press - Provide Marcom support for Regional Trade and Customer events - Measure, track, analyse and report results related to regional campaign effectiveness (awareness, engagement & conversion) - Direct and manage external suppliers providing Marketing Communication support - Provide recommendations and feedback to Global Communications about regional news items, situation in the region, etc. - Ensure brand consistency throughout all communication efforts - Management of budgets, suppliers and external partners - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing Communications, Marketing or related studies - Minimum of 5 years work experience in a Global or Regional Marketing Communications role within an international company - Fluency in English and at least one relevant local language Benefits WHY ENVALIOR?
