Job Category Construction Planning Design Delivery About Business Adani Group Adani Group is a diversified organisation in India comprising 10 publicly traded companies It has created a world-class logistics and utility infrastructure portfolio that has a pan-India presence Adani Group is headquartered in Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat India Over the years Adani Group has positioned itself to be the market leader in its logistics and energy businesses focusing on large-scale infrastructure development in India with O M practices benchmarked to global standards With four IG-rated businesses it is the only Infrastructure Investment Grade issuer in India Adani Realty Adani Realty is the real estate arm of one of India s leading infrastructure and development entities - Adani Group With resolute commitment to Nation Building and Growth with Goodness we are developing real estate projects in the most promising destinations integrating design aesthetics with cutting-edge construction technology Job Purpose The Executive Plumbing and Fire Fighting is responsible for assisting in the installation maintenance and supervision of plumbing and fire fighting systems on construction projects This role supports the Incharge in ensuring that plumbing and fire fighting works are executed in compliance with project requirements quality standards and safety regulations Responsibilities Engineering Lead Design and Coordination from feasibility to hand over stage for Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Fire Fighting HVAC LV BMS CCTV FA PA High side and Low side equipment s Lifts Escalators STP WTP VRF Chillers Internal and external services and associated services activities Design coordination with Architects structure MEPF and other consultants Supporting Architects in space planning Tendering and Estimation of MEPF and associated activities Well versed with Green Ratings and associated design considerations Coordination and approval of vendors - material and shop drawings Technical Review of MEPF design details and deliverables Budgeting Rate Analysis and Costing of projects Assessment of MEPF works at site execution level Supporting TC in technical evaluation of shortlisted vendor and responding to technical queries Technical Inputs for MEPF Liaisoning Standardization of BOQs Technical Specifications SCC List of Approved makes Value Engineering and cost optimization Quality control and assurance from MEPF perspective Design Safety planning Contract administration post contract awards for MEPF and associated activities Supporting in Planning and scheduling of MEPF activities Factory inspection and vendor visits for vendor development Qualifications BTECH MTECH ELECTRICAL MECHANICAL with 10 to 15 years of experience in Real Estate industry Expert engineering knowledge Must have knowledge of working on AutoCAD and other design software s Good written and verbal communication skill Good Presentation Skills Must have worked with Real Estate Developers in MEPF Design Coordination
