We bring deep Category expertise extending across various direct and indirect spend categories.Job DescriptionGraduate with 2-3 years of experience in initiating, executing, and managing Vendor Risk Management activities (2-4 years relevant experience in sourcing and procurement activities.The Vendor Risk Management Senior Consultant will understand Vendor Risk Management (VRM) processes and governance mechanism to manage supplier on a day-on-day basis over full relationship life-cycle from start to finish, including but not limited to - delivery of an effective strategic Vendor Risk Management service supporting managers, support the Client team to develop and deliver effective Vendor Risk Management and supplier relationship and operational policies for promoting innovation across teams. Should possess a strong understanding of Procurement business, Suppliers/Vendors in Procurement space. Provides Vendor Risk Management services to Client based on predefined service levels, managing Multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- Lead assessment of vendor risk via pre-contract due diligence, develop mitigation plan and partner with stakeholders to monitor vendors
- Performing a risk assessment - Analyze current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting Client
- Provide guidance to the business, Strategic Sourcing, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements of VRM are fully understood
- Analyze, update & modify procedures & processes to identify & continuously implement vendor risk management process improvements. Develop and maintain comprehensive Vendor Risk Management documentation
- Help ensure strong oversight of all vendors' risks and provide business partners visibility of existing and emerging risks

**Qualifications**: - Proven understanding and execution of the end to end Vendor Risk Management lifecycle including Risk Evaluation, Control Suggestions & Risk Control review, understanding Risk Domains (Exp. BCP, AML, HSE, INFO Sec) - Understand the global vendor risk management practices of the banks to meet the OCC, FCA, ACPR, MAS, HKMA, RBI, CBO, CBE, SAMA, and other key international locations.
