Job Description Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedPre-Sales Representativewho will act as the first point of contact once a lead is generated. The role involves understanding the customers needs, explaining the product at a basic level, and handing over qualified leads to the sales team with complete requirement details. Key Responsibilities - Contact incoming leads promptly via calls, emails, or WhatsApp. - Understand customer requirements and pain points in detail. - Provide an initial overview of RoadCasts products and capabilities. - Ask relevant questions to assess fit, use cases, and potential scope. - Document and qualify the lead based on product need, budget, and timeline. - Prepare a clear and structured lead brief for the sales team. - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up. - Maintain accurate records in CRM for all interactions. - Support basic pre-sales tasks like product explanation, feature clarification, and requirement gathering. Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles. - Strong communication and questioning skills. - Ability to quickly understand tech products and explain them simply. - Good documentation and CRM management skills. - Organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking to customers. Preferred Skills - Experience in SaaS or tech products. - Understanding of logistics, mobility, or fleet management systems is a plus.
