Job Description Name of unit : Retail Assets Operations INTERNAL USAGE: No. of Vacancies: 1 Reports to: Is a Team leader N Team Size: Grade: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Business: Retail Operation Department: Retail Operation Sub-Department: RL - Operations Location: Name of Unit Role Key Responsibilities 1. Manage a Zone consisting of 3 to 4 Regions and 10 to 25 Loan Centers 2. Key role is to handle data management of entire Zone 3. Monitor Manpower handling and recruitment as per approved Budget 4. Monitor Vendor management at Loan Centers and ensure timely Invoice payments 5. Monitor Administration activities at every loan center 6. Coordinate with central team such as Marketing, Branding, Procurement team, CRES and HR for respective activities 7. Monitor relocation of a Loan Center or commencement of new Loan Center 8. Assist Management by providing the MIS of the Zone as and when sought 9. Ensure implementation and sustenance of principles of Five S at all Loan Centers 10. Train and assist new joinee to handle admin related activities at loan Centers Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is: - Post-graduation / Graduation from a recognized institute Role Proficiencies: For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: - Knowledge of banking products and services - Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms - Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language - Ability to manage complex client situations - Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
