The Opportunity: More Than a Job, A Collaboration We are not just looking for an employee; we are seeking a strategic Business Development Partner to grow with us. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced business development professional, freelancer, or a small agency with a strong network to join forces with a reliable technical team. Your primary role will be to identify and source high-quality IT development and digital marketing projects, preferably from overseas markets (North America, Europe, UK, Australia, etc.). Beyond just sourcing, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our technical team, acting as a bridge between the client and our developers to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities): - Identify & Source Projects: Leverage your network and business development skills to find and secure new IT development (web, mobile, e-commerce) and digital marketing projects for Pageup. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and business objectives. - Requirement Analysis: Act as the first point of contact to gather and understand project requirements, scope, and deliverables. - Collaborate on Strategy: Work alongside our project managers and technical leads to create project proposals, define timelines, and strategize on the best technical approach. - Bridge Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the client and our execution team throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and transparency. - Drive Growth: Actively contribute to our global expansion by opening up new markets and opportunities. Who We're Looking For (Ideal Profile): - Proven Experience: Demonstrable track record in business development, sales, or project acquisition within the IT services industry. - Strong Network: An established network of contacts and potential clients looking to outsource IT and digital marketing work. - Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), modern web/mobile technologies (e.g., MERN/MEAN Stack, PHP, WordPress, React Native, Flutter), and digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, SMM, PPC). - Excellent Communicator: Exceptional English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must. - Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a self-starter, highly motivated, results-oriented, and thrive in an autonomous, remote environment. - Collaborative Spirit: You are genuinely interested in working with a technical team, not just handing off leads.
