Qualifications - Strong abilities in Leadership Development and Training to effectively oversee business expansion initiatives and mentor team members. - Proven expertise in Project Management and Consulting to strategize, plan, and execute client-centric projects and solutions in a professional manner. - Proficiency in Sales with a knack for client engagement, relationship building, and achieving revenue growth targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required to drive business partnerships successfully. - Previous experience in IT services or software solutions and a deep understanding of the industry is a significant advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
