**Position Purpose**:
**Strategic Responsibilities**:

- Define and actively champion continuous improvements in methods, processes, and technologies that produce high performance integration solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of the functional specifications and consult on conceptual design reviews
- Develop project plan for implementation by duly prioritizing the change requests received.
- Design and implementation of third-party integrations including technical design.
- Responsible for preparing Mapping Specifications, Functional Specifications, Test Case Documents.

**Operational Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Unit, Integration and System Integration testing and UAT support (including interfaces).
- Participation in knowledge transfer, transition sessions and building process, incident repository.
- Solution documentation and reporting to team lead according to agreed guidelines.
- Support to other streams in case of cross stream related issues
- Knowledge transfer to customer within the project (train the trainer approach) Support/ participate in production validation.
- Responsible to participate in daily scrum meetings and report progress and possible issues to the team lead Status and issue reporting to team lead

**Projects Implementation Roles and Responsibilities**
- Gather requirements on expected process, understand current process and document.
- Ability to analyse and document gaps between as-is and expected process.
- Prepare business process blue prints and build documents on Functional design and specifications.
- Provide Support for e project activities related to business transformation, automation and digitalization for Supply Chain processes specifically, and coordinate with internal and external cross-functional groups for other automation related projects.
- Manage SAP/Ariba ( P2P) system to meet business requirements, including connection / Integration points with other SAP modules
- Appropriately communicate project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action items
- Participate in cross-project workshops, issue solving

**Trouble Shooting**
- Perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions for SAP/Ariba/Other Operations Applications related processes.
- Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
- Work with the Service Desk to facilitate incident & problem resolution.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining ITSM ( ticketing tool) tasks and impediments according to the given instructions

**Training**
- Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required

**Documentation / Compliance**
- Create and maintain all required technical documentation per IS methodology and processes and other projects allotted.
- Provide detailed transactional information to internal and external auditors as required

**MIS / Reporting**
- Configure / Develop Reports and MIS as required by the functional team

**Financial Responsibilities**:

- Manage operational costs; conduct near
- and long-term financial forecasts for expanded functionality/user base
- Monitor and adhere to the budgets allocated to the department

**People Responsibilities**:

- Attend trainings on training needs identified or imparted by HR to enhance performance**Education Qualification**:

- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science - B. Tech., B.E, MCA, M.Sc. IT, BCA, MBA (IT) or MBA (Supply Chain)**Work Experience**:

- 20 plus years of experience in SAP MM, PP, QM/SAP Ariba Sourcing configuration with minimum two End-to-End Implementation and at least three Support Projects
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking
- 5-7 Years of Support or 2 Live Implementaions
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba Sourcing( P2P) or WM Module will be an added advantage

**Industry to be Hired from**:

- Manufacturing (Chemical /Pharma Industry preferred) with indepth exposure to SAP**Functional Competencies**:

- Configuration skill of Enterprise Structures, Logistic generals, Material Management & CIN area’s
- Creation & Configuration knowledge of customized Movement types, Tax codes, Payment terms, Release strategies, Split Valuations, Account determination of GL a/c, Import cycles etc.
- Skilled in implementation, customization and maintenance of SAP MM module and integration with related sub modules.
- Exposure to S4 Hana Procurement Module
- Thorough understanding of SAP architecture and integration among core SAP modules
- In-depth knowledge of SAP All Modules and ERP Implementation
- Well-versed with SAP master data set-up and technical components necessary for successful functioning with complex 'standard' and 'custom' processes.
