Human Resource Business Partner

Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner at LTTS, you will play a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives across engineering and R&D functions. You will collaborate closely with leadership to drive talent strategies, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Partner with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into HR strategies.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters.
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top engineering talent.
- Lead onboarding, career development, and succession planning programs.
- Identify training needs and support leadership development initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion LTTSs values and culture through engagement programs.
- Conduct regular pulse checks and implement feedback-driven improvements.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across teams.
Performance & Rewards
- Facilitate performance management cycles and goal-setting processes.
- Provide input on compensation strategies and recognition programs.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and improve employee experience.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and LTTS policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive matters.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Education & Experience
Education:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Certifications (Preferred):
- SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent.
Experience:
- 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a business partnering role.
- Experience in engineering, R&D, or technology sectors preferred.
Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS and data tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
