Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner at LTTS, you will play a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives across engineering and R&D functions. You will collaborate closely with leadership to drive talent strategies, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Partner with business leaders to understand goals and translate them into HR strategies.
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top engineering talent.
  • Lead onboarding, career development, and succession planning programs.
  • Identify training needs and support leadership development initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Champion LTTSs values and culture through engagement programs.
  • Conduct regular pulse checks and implement feedback-driven improvements.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across teams.

Performance & Rewards

  • Facilitate performance management cycles and goal-setting processes.
  • Provide input on compensation strategies and recognition programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decisions and improve employee experience.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and LTTS policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive matters.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

Education & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 6 years in a business partnering role.
  • Experience in engineering, R&D, or technology sectors preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS and data tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
