Job Description About Bharat Banking: Bharat Banking is a new Department which has been set up to drive different business that the Bank does in Semi Urban and Rural markets. The department is expected to drive business outcomes by focusing on partnerships, new products, innovation, reimagining customer journeys and driving / creating new channel. About the Role: Role is critical and important to set up the entirely new ecosystem of Co-lending model within Bharat Bank. Role encompasses designing policy framework for new lending solutions, Process controls, scouting for new relationships to build the healthy portfolio for PSL segment for Bank. Key Responsibilities: - Product Lifecycle Management: Co-lending and BC Models managing day to day operational aspects from Business team. - Product and Process Control: Designing appropriate processes and controls in timely manner to ensure smooth launch of new lending solutions - Onboarding of Partners: Preparation of SMC Notes and In-Principle presentations for partner approval. Getting them on-boarded with bank. - Stakeholder Management (Internal): Work internally with stakeholders (Ops, IT, legal, Finance, Credit, BSG, Project, Compliance) to ensure that proposition delivers the necessary. Qualifications: Optimal qualification for success on the job is: - Education: MBA/CA - Experience 1-5 Years of exp. Role Proficiencies: - For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: - Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines - Knowledge of financial assessments - Strong command on Microsoft office tools - Sound communication skill verbal and written - Team handling - Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment - Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals - Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously - Ability to conceptualize and implement competent marketing strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts) #ComeAsYouAre We are dil se open.
