Responsibilities - Ensures the application of engineering principles and practices across projects - Lead the planning and execution of learning platform development projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Oversee the integration of DevOps concepts into project workflows to enhance efficiency and collaboration. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Provide strategic direction for hybrid work models optimizing team performance and resource allocation. - Manage day-to-day project operations ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met. - Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on track. - Develop and maintain project documentation ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with learning platform development ensuring project success. - Drive innovation in educational technologies contributing to the companys growth and societal impact. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionalities. - Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback to improve future project planning and execution. - Support team members in their professional development fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
