Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Manager who can drive growth across our AI solutions and training programs. This role demands someone who thrives in technology-driven environments, can convert leads into long-term clients, and is motivated to grow alongside a fast-scaling AI company. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for AI solutions and training programs. Generate, nurture, and close leads (B2B and B2C). Build long-term client relationships with businesses and institutions. Work with marketing and technical teams to improve conversions. Report performance and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements Proven sales experience (preferably in IT, SaaS, EdTech, or training institutes). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to independently close deals. Comfortable working with both B2B and B2C models. Knowledge of AI/software solutions is a strong advantage. Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary: 20,00025,000/month. Probation Period: 3 months, with performance-based salary review. Incentives: Commissions/royalties on every sale (uncapped). Growth Path: Fast-track increments for consistent performers.
